Jalapeño Pimento Cheese
There is no better foodie weekend in our house than the weekend of the Masters! M brings his A-game on all things appetizers for days on end. Last night we kicked off with pimento cheese sandwiches and spread on crostini. Y'all this recipe is so easy and really freaking good. This one can dress to impress!
Directions:
Combine everything in a large bowl and let sit for about an hour.
Serve on baguette, crostini, or pretzel rolls, or potato bread.

Jalapeño Pimento Cheese
Ingredients:
1/2 lb of bacon cooked and chopped
1/2 block of cream cheese
1 cup of Dukes Mayo
1 cup of diced pimentos
1 cup of diced jalapeños
1/2 large block of sharp cheddar cheese-shredded
