My default in stressful situations is humor. There is always something (inappropriately) funny in an otherwise fully shit-filled time. I literally can’t help myself and the innate need to create a lighter atmosphere so I can breath.

Okay, we’re all laughing, great. See, it still sucks but at least we’re not wallowing.

Now let’s make it look good.

I’ve spent countless hours in canva this past week creating logo’s for cups or coozies or shirts or whatever else people make in times like this. If you have to go through cancer and lose an organ might as well have the tangible pieces look good. I’m currently leaning into the One Kidney Club concept.

Same with this blog. Almost everything is feeling out of control right now and i’m empowering myself where I can. Y’all. This is going to be the best looking most creative driven cancer blog you’ve ever read.
