I'm back with a new meal plan this week after taking several weeks off.  I'm really tweaking how my family eats.  We've been sitting down as a family of four and eating at the dining room table almost every night.  This means that the allergy kids are more aware of what Matt and I are eating.  They like to be like us.  I've had to make a lot of adjustments to everyone's eating habits.  I'll share more on that next week.  Today is just good old fashion yum.
And sorry for the insta-overload the past few days, we've been having a fantastic time with our families.  Did you have a great holiday weekend I hope?
