Work to Weekend Spring Outfit

I was chatting with my sister recently about clothes and outfits.  She's an attorney so a major portion of her clothing budget goes to work friendly pieces but she still wants to look fab on the weekends.  I think it's pretty easy to exchange your black pants for skinny jeans on Saturday and still utilize the rest of your workweek wardrobe.  

What do you think ladies? 
Would you wear this to work or on the weekend?  Maybe slip on some a pair of jeans for happy hour?
