I'm going to try to add on the whole finished gift when it's complete but I wanted to go ahead and get these downloads up for you so you could use them too!  You can print them out at home but I plan to have them printed on a thicker paper at FedEx Office.  It's a really inexpensive way to get custom prints done fast.
