Juliska Al Fresco Collection Sneak Peak + Grilled Salmon Recipe
My Juliska al fresco collection pieces arrived over the weekend and I am SO FREAKING excited to share them with y'all. I know many of you have Juliska Berry & Thread as your everyday china like I do so you'll be just as excited about the outdoor melamine collection as I am.
Who else picked that out as your wedding china and a decade or so later still use and love it every single day? In this age, that's impressive. Not only is the pattern timeless enough to not get tired, but, the quality is outstanding. We use Juliska as our every day plates and bowls and have yet to have one break or chip ten years in. I can't think of a better brand to partner with on the debut of their new outdoor dinnerware collection!
As I mentioned last week, Wells and I are planning a little ladies lunch for my mom and grandmother for Mother's Day / my Grandmother's Birthday but I didn't want to wait until then to share with you so you could have a chance to order them in time for Mother's Day as well!

A special thank you to Juliska for letting me pick out a few pieces to style!

Grilled Salmon
- This is about 2 lbs of Atlantic salmon from Whole Foods but I have heard really great things about the Salmon at Costco.
- Sprinkle liberally with blackened redfish seasoning and grill flesh side down for 2-3 minutes and flip. Squeeze juice from 1/2 lemon and let it cook about 3-5 minutes until done. Top with sliced lemon and cilantro.
- We served the salmon with Quinoa cooked in chicken stock (just swap out for water) and cucumbers sliced thin tossed in apple cider vinegar and olive oil.
