Guest Room Progress

I'm finally almost finished with the guest room!  This is a small room so I placed the bed in front of the window to maximize the space.  This allowed for both the coral desk and another bedside table to fit.  There is nothing I like better than a lamp and table space for your things at night.  Plus I like the view of a nice made bed when I pass by in the hallway.

There is a large mirror hung on the long wall directly in front of the bed which helps bounce in some much needed light to the whole room.  I have plans to do a big gallery wall in here on the wall adjacent to my coral desk.  I usually find that too busy for a bedroom but the guest room in our house doesn't need that same level of quiet.  Let's be real, any guests we have are close friends or family and they're coming for the show and not for a good night of sleep.

I have a few things I still want to purchase to take this room to the next level.  Like a ghost chair for the pink desk, more Ribba frames to start the gallery wall, and a big fluffy duvet for maximum comfort!  But overall, I'm really pleased with this no cost room makeover!  And it's fun to bring out some things from our previous homes that never found a good spot in our new house.
