Painted Striped Rug
*Warning: this is not a tutorial*
Alright friends so I've joined a few other bloggers in a tackling a joint DIY project over the next several weeks.
We're painting rugs.
I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing or what materials I'll be using. So you'll be watching the action live as it unfolds.
My first option is a runner for my upstairs hallway. And all I know is that I want the final result to look something like these badass striped runners that used to be found in
Amber's Shoppe.
Because they are the bomb-diggity.
My next option is to recreate a Moroccan shag rug for my living room like the one below.
So we'll see which one I end up trying to diy. The jury is still out.
