My husband and I bought our first house back in March! Our house was born before we were (1978) and needs lots of updates to bring it around to this century and achieve a young and stylish vibe. It's definitely a work in progress at this point but really has a lot of potential! We bought the lot next to the house as well to ensure lots of peace quiet! We've already started our landscaping plan and hope to have the outside painted by next fall. I love all the Spanish moss hanging from our trees and the big front porch just waiting for some friends to stop by and hang out in the rocking chairs and drinking some large glasses iced tea!

I am so thrilled to be a homeowner and can't wait to see how awesome our life with this house is going to turn out!
